Your spec, our forms.

Most of what the precast industry sells is standard shapes. Most of what real jobs need eventually is not. Equipment pads with odd anchor layouts, replacement pieces for products nobody makes anymore, ballast weights, caps, bases, and shapes that only exist on one drawing in one trailer.

That is the work this line exists for. We build the form, dial in the mix, cast the piece, and if you need fifty more next season the form is already on the shelf.

The Process

From sketch to casting in four steps.

  • Spec. Send the drawing or talk it through on the phone.
  • Quote. One number covering the form and the run, with an honest lead time.
  • Cast. Formed, poured, reinforced, and cured at the Brighton plant.
  • Collect. Pick up at the yard or have it delivered to the site.
No. Engineered drawings help for structural pieces, but plenty of custom work starts with a sketch and a tape measure. We will tell you if your piece needs more.
Yes. One-offs are a normal part of the week here. The quote covers the form work honestly so there are no surprises either way.
Usually. Bring the piece, or good photos and measurements, and we will get you a match or an honest explanation of what will differ.
Quoted the same way, with per-piece pricing that reflects the volume. Forms are kept where practical so reorders get cheaper, not slower.
